"We live in a tortilla food desert here in VT, so finding good tortillas has been a lonnnng search. I finally tried Tortilla Familia online and they are wonderful. Even to ship from Mexico to VT they came fresh. I love the way they ship them - they provide zip lock bags to store them in after you follow the directions of letting them air out. We like to order a big batch and then we freeze them by adding a parchment paper circle between each tortilla and resealing them in the bag. This seems to work really well. We are fans and will order again soon! Thanks for making great tortillas!"
